Meredith is a licensed Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio. She is currently a 2nd-year masters student enrolled in the Clinical and Mental Health Counseling Program at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she previously completed her bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology. Meredith believes that true healing can happen when we can begin to make sense of our symptoms in the greater context of our lives. She believes this is best done in the context of relationships. Meredith views therapy as a collaborative effort immersed in compassion and understanding. Her focus is informed by an interpersonal approach with emphasis on attachment-based principles. Outside of work, Meredith can be found playing music, taking walks, or spending time with friends and family.
