Troy Fulford

Troy Fulford, MDiv, MA, MFT received his Master of Divinity degree from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary and his Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. Clinically, Troy views “problems” from a family systems perspective, as opposed to viewing them from an individual lens. Whether you are coming for couples, family, or individual therapy, he will work with you on identifying all the factors in your system (family, school, work, etc.) that are contributing to the “problem.” He is a firm believer that everything that makes you you should be explored in order to experience lasting change. Troy also has extensive experience treating clients struggling with eating disorders while working at an in-patient eating disorder facility in Florida. When working with clients, he utilizes structural therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy among other evidenced-based methods of treatment. Originally from Tallahassee, FL (Go Noles!), Troy enjoys the sunshine on the beach, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
